Must-haves:

• We're based in South Africa and the Netherlands, so we'd need you to be within +- 2 hours of CET
• A keen eye for design, with a small portfolio to demonstrate this
• Strong opinions about what makes a product great

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience designing digital products in Adobe XD
• Some knowledge of CSS, or frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind

We're looking for a Senior Back-End Developer with > 5 years' experience to join our fully remote team.

Must-haves:

At Deskdragon, we pride ourselves in quickly responding to customer support requests with helpful replies. We're looking for a Customer Support Representative that can provide e-mail support for our US-based clients.

Must-haves:

• We need you to be available for support requests from US customers, so you'd need to be based in the Americas.
• 1st Language / C1 English
• 1 - 5 years' experience in a customer support role
• You have technical software knowledge and you're able to learn new software quickly
• You have empathy for end users
• You have your own computer and reliable internet

• Experience writing documentation or knowledge-bases

Deskdragon is a self-service product, but some of our customers prefer to have a demo before they sign up. We're looking for a part-time remote Sales Representative to help us with this. We're not looking for hard-sellers - we just need you to communicate clearly. You'll need to become an expert in Deskdragon and be able to answer certain technical questions.

Must-haves:

• 1st Language / C1 English
• Your own computer with HD screen (1920 x 1080 pixels) and fast internet (suitable for video calls)
• Previous sales experience
